A Disciplinary Committee consists of the following persons:
| (a) |
a Chairman, who is the medical officer in the Department of Health appointed by the Chief Executive under section 3(2)(e) of the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance (Cap. 138, Laws of Hong Kong) as a member of the Board; |
| (b) |
two registered pharmacists (not being public officers) nominated by the Pharmaceutical Society of Hong Kong; and |
| (c) |
a legal adviser appointed by the Chief Executive. |
