In accordance with regulation 26 Pharmacy and Poisons Regulations (Cap.138A, Laws of Hong Kong), the Pharmacy and Poisons (Wholesale Licences) Committee is established to:
| (a) |
to consider and approve applications for wholesale dealer licence, subject to any conditions it thinks fit to impose; and |
| (b) |
to revoke a wholesale dealer licence, suspend a wholesale dealer licence for a specified period, issue warning letter(s) to the licensed wholesale dealer or vary a condition of the wholesale dealer licence in the circumstances specified in Regulation 26 of the Pharmacy and Poisons Regulations. |
