| 刊登注册获授权人的名单，是要让市民知道根据《药剂业及毒药规例》(香港法例第138A章)的规定，名单上的所有人士已获批准注册为获授权人负责有关牌照制造的药剂制品，履行相关规定。任何人如滥用名单上的个人资料作与此无关的用途，均须负上循《个人资料(私隐)条例》(香港法例第486章)而被追究责任。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
