| 刊登註冊獲授權人的名單，是要讓市民知道根據《藥劑業及毒藥規例》(香港法例第138A章)的規定，名單上的所有人士已獲批准註冊為獲授權人負責有關牌照製造的藥劑製品，履行相關規定。任何人如濫用名單上的個人資料作與此無關的用途，均須負上循《個人資料(私隱)條例》(香港法例第486章)而被追究責任。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
